Irish Coffee Martini
A mash up between an Espresso Martini and an Irish Coffee. The perfect after dinner desert cocktail on St Patrick's Day or everyday! Serve with Irish shortbread biscuits to complete.

Ingredients:
- 1 oz Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz Baileys Irish Cream
- 3 oz strong brewed coffee
- 1 Tbsp Monsalvat Farm Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
Directions:
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a chilled Martini glass. Enjoy!
