This delicious fall cocktail is a variation of our Northeast Kingdom Punch in Cocktail Chameleon. and made with SILO Bourbon and SILO Cider. It is a delicious tribute to Vermont apples and fall!
Serves eight 8-oz servings:
- 16oz fresh apple cider
- 16oz SILO Bourbon
- 4oz rosemary cider maple syrup
- 4oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 16oz can SILO semi-dry hard cider
Combine all ingredients except hard cider in a large glass pitcher.
Stir until combined, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. To serve, pour 6 ounces of punch into a glass mug and top with 2 oz of hard cider. Garnish with a shrunken apple head.
Single 8-oz Serving:
- 2oz fresh apple cider
- 2oz SILO Bourbon
- 1/2oz rosemary cider maple syrup
- 1/2oz fresh lemon juice
- 2oz SILO semi-dry hard cider
Combine all ingredients except hard cider in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until combined and well chilled and pour the content of the shaker into a glass mug. Top with 2 oz of hard cider and garnish with a shrunken apple head.
