Bee’s Knees Cocktail 4-Ways

The Bee’s Knees is a classic prohibition era cocktail made with gin, lemon and honey! Honey was added to strong “Bathtub Gin” to make it more palatable. With the addition of lemon juice, this strong, yet refreshing and simple cocktail recipe was born.  Below is the classic Bee’s Knee’s recipe using our Monsalvat Farm Raw All-Natural Honey and three creative variations to enjoy as a highball, champagne cocktail and a more complex tipple with added floral liqueur.
